Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect nothing.
Last updated: 2026
Who we are
This policy applies to the website mangus.be and to the games published by Mangus SRL, a company registered in Belgium under company number 0667.971.494, with its registered office at Rue Bruyère Saint Jean 7, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium. For any question about this policy, contact info@mangus.be.
Data we collect in our games
None. Our games do not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party software development kit collecting information about you, and no in-app purchases.
Game progress, settings and save files are written locally on your own device. We have no access to them. Deleting the game removes that data according to the rules of your platform.
Data we collect on this website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and technical maintenance purposes, as any web host does.
Some pages embed a video hosted by YouTube. If you play that video, YouTube may set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.
If you contact us
When you write to us by email or through Discord, we receive whatever information you choose to send, such as your email address or username and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you reported. We never sell it, and we never use it for marketing.
Distribution platforms
Our games are distributed through third-party stores such as Steam. Those platforms handle purchases, accounts and their own features, and they collect data under their own privacy policies. We only receive anonymous, aggregated sales and usage statistics from them, which never identify individual players.
Children
Since we collect no personal data at all, we collect none from children either.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we hold no personal data other than the messages you may have sent us directly, such a request will in practice concern only that correspondence. Write to info@mangus.be and we will act on it.
In Belgium, the supervisory authority is the Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
Changes to this policy
If a future game requires data we do not currently collect, we will update this page before that game is released, and the date at the top of this page will change accordingly.
